With the opening of schools to all children, school sporting activities have resumed. Unfortunately over the lockdown period, many children have become deconditioned and weak.
Many children are not ready to resume sport at their previous level of participation and some are sustaining sports injuries. Although one needs time to get stronger, the school calendar doesn’t always allow for this. If your children are keen on returning to sport, we can help with an exercise and training program which is specific to their needs and sport. Also, if they have injured themselves whilst participating in sports and athletics please bring them in for treatment to decrease their pain, increase their function and ensure that they can resume their activities as soon as possible.
