Returning to school may be quite challenging for some children. Many children have become deconditioned due to lack of opportunities for regular exercise.
If your child develops back or neck pain when returning to school, we can teach them improved posture and strengthening exercises to help strengthen their whole body. Children who wish to return to competitive sports often pick up injuries early on in the season due to deconditioning. We can help devise a program of strengthening and stretching exercises, and help with progressive fitness programs which will be specific to your child and his/her sport.
