As summer approaches, we all feel the need to become more active and healthy. Our practice is accredited by “Exercise is Medicine” South Africa. We are all equipped to give you advice on the best type and amount of exercise for you to do that will be suitable for each individual. We have special programmes for people suffering from Heart Disease, Diabetes, Obesity and Depression.

It has been shown that an inactive lifestyle puts one at much at risk as if you were a smoker. Sitting all day in front of your computer is extremely bad for your long-term health. I have posted a number if interesting articles on our Facebook page. Even 5-10 minutes of exercise per day has been proven to make a difference!
