This time of the year finds many of our patients desk-bound whilst preparing for exams. We wish all of you well as you prepare for and write your exams!
Here are some tips to help:
- In order to maintain a good posture, it is important that your desk and computer are set up correctly. Follow the link to our web page to see how to do this
- Ensure that you have sufficient breaks between study sessions
- Drink enough liquids and eat regular small meals
- Do regular exercise, as this helps you to concentrate and makes your studying more efficient.
- Prepare well in advance, to avoid the last minute rush and panic!
