Remember to break your journey every 2 hours to get out of the car and stretch your back and legs. Walk around the car a few times to get your blood flowing. If you have back problems, take your lumbar roll with you (we do sell them if you need one). Do a few exercises or stretches before you unpack, and remember not to overload your body, but rather to make a few lighter trips with your luggage. Take your own pillows with you if you suffer from neck problems. Keep physically active whilst away.
