When you travel, here are a few tips to make your trip and holiday more enjoyable:
When embarking on a long journey, remember to take your lumbar roll and pillows with you. Take regular breaks, every 2 hours, and get out of your vehicle and do some stretches and walk around. Whilst you are on holiday, try and do some exercise every day. Walking is great and is good for decreasing cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes and depression.
Don’t forget to take good walking shoes with you and start slowly, gradually increasing your speed and distance to avoid any injuries. Remember to drink water regularly and maintain a healthy diet. Getting enough sleep and doing regular exercise are major factors in decreasing pain.
