As we are considered to be essential services, we continue to be available for essential physiotherapy treatment, for patients who are post-operative, in severe pain or who need chest physiotherapy.
We are open from 8 to 12 each day, and working with a skeleton staff. Treatments are staggered to avoid contact between patients.
Please don’t come for physio if you are sick, coughing, have a fever, body aches and fatigue – if you are not sure, discuss this with the physio first. Patients must have a referral from their doctor for chest physiotherapy. Also if you have been in contact with a person tested positive for Covid-19, or may have been exposed to the Corona virus, please don’t come.
Numerous procedures have been put in place for your protection, and we request that you bring a large towel with you. We have new water-proof linen which is sanitised between each patient. Please wait outside, either in your car or on the seating provided to maintain social distancing. Family members must wait in the car please.
As soon as you enter the building, please wash your hands well, or use the hand sanitiser.
Your health, and that of our staff is of utmost importance to us.
We trust that we will all get through this pandemic by looking out for each other!
