As we age, our balance becomes poorer, and it is markedly evident as we reach the age of 60. Poor balance makes us more susceptible to falling, whether at home, work or in public places.

We are planning on presenting a talk on ‘Preventing Falls’ later in February or early March. We present a lot of practical tips on how to safe-proof yourself and your surroundings. We also teach exercises to improve your balance and prevent falling.
