This time of the year finds many of our patients desk-bound whilst preparing for exams. We wish all of you well as you prepare for and write your exams!

Here are some tips to help:

  1. In order to maintain a good posture, it is important that your desk and computer are set up correctly. Follow the link to our web page to see how to do this
  2. Ensure that you have sufficient breaks between study sessions
  3. Drink enough liquids and eat regular small meals
  4. Do regular exercise, as this helps you to concentrate and makes your studying more efficient.
  5. Prepare well in advance, to avoid the last minute rush and panic!
