As the end of the year approaches, many of us become desk-bound, whilst preparing for final exams. Here are some practical tips to help you prepare and make this a less stressful time.
Tips for making exam time less stressful:
- Start studying well in advance
- Organise your work space and learning material before you start
- Check that your desk and computer are correctly set-up … see our previous article.
- Make sure that you get enough sleep – at least 7 hours per night
- Eat healthy food to keep your blood sugar constant
- Don’t stop exercising – even going for a walk will keep you more alert and able to concentrate for longer
