Every week there are new products being advertised on TV and social media. I think we have all fallen for good marketing strategies. There is really no quick-fix for getting stronger, fitter and losing weight. One has to be determined to slowly keep-on-keeping-on, to get results. Many patients ask about new gadgets in the market. There are obviously many good products out there, but take a step back and ask yourself: What am I hoping to achieve? Why am I buying this product? Would my health-care professional suggest it? (You are welcome to ask us for our opinions). If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
